  • Are there fees for additional hours?
  • When can a vendor come in and setup?
  • What are the parking accomodations?
  • Are you wheelchair accessible?
  • What is included in the rental?
    • Chairs
    • Tables
    • Linens
    • Staff
  • Do you provide the catering?
    • Do you have a full kitchen?
    • Do you have peak or seasonal pricing?
    • Are desserts included in meal package?
    • Is coffee & tea included?
  • Can you provide the alcohol?
    • Do you serve hard liquor?
    • Do you charge by consumption or other method?
    • Can I bring in my own alcohol?
  • What is your sales tax?
  • Do you have a gratuity and / or service fee?
  • Do you have a cake cutting or corkage fee?
  • Do you offer an onsite manager?
  • Do you offer an event planner?
